Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, closing sales deals, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM system
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new sales opportunities
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services
- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction and address any customer concerns or issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
- High School (12th)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business leads
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
