About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Executive who will act as the bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring excellent customer experience and long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities Manage customer onboarding and ongoing support. Address customer queries and concerns promptly. Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.Track customer orders and ensure smooth delivery.Maintain strong customer relationships.Collect customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities.Support customer retention initiatives.Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.Customer-centric approach with problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in MS Office.
