We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant with 3-4 years of professional experience in accounting . The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records, including journals, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Assist in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes, including invoice verification and payment processing.
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Support the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Collaborate with auditors during annual audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Monitor financial transactions to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally.
- Strong knowledge of accounting fundamental.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Basic understanding of tax laws and compliance regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in an accounting role.
