Reporting To: F&B Manager / Assistant F&B Manager
Job Summary
The F&B Executive is responsible for supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the Food & Beverage department while ensuring high standards of guest service, food quality, hygiene, and operational discipline. The position requires strong coordination with service, kitchen, housekeeping, stores, and other hotel departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of assigned F&B outlets and service areas.
- Ensure excellent guest service and maintain professional standards throughout the guest experience.
- Monitor table setup, service standards, cleanliness, and overall outlet presentation.
- Take guest orders accurately and ensure timely coordination with the kitchen and bar.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, FSSAI regulations, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Conduct regular checks of restaurant equipment, crockery, cutlery, glassware, and operating supplies.
- Coordinate with the kitchen regarding menu availability, special requests, food quality, and service timing.
- Assist the F&B Manager in staff scheduling, briefing, training, and performance monitoring.
- Conduct daily pre-shift briefings and communicate important operational updates to the team.
- Monitor inventory and ensure proper utilization of food, beverages, and operating supplies to minimize wastage.
- Assist in maintaining daily sales records, reports, guest feedback, and other F&B documentation.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures of the assigned outlet.
- Coordinate with other departments for banquets, events, room service, special occasions, and VIP guest requirements.
- Ensure adherence to grooming, attendance, discipline, and workplace standards by the F&B team.
- Support upselling and suggestive selling of food, beverages, promotions, and special menus.
- Monitor service recovery and ensure guest satisfaction is maintained at all times.
- Assist in conducting stock-taking and report any shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the concerned manager.
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are used safely and report maintenance requirements promptly.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the F&B Manager or Hotel Management.
Required Skills & Competencies

- Knowledge of food and beverage service operations.
- Good understanding of hygiene and food safety standards.
- Ability to lead and coordinate a team effectively.
- Good knowledge of restaurant service etiquette and SOPs.
- Basic knowledge of F&B inventory and cost control.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hotel environment.
- Professional grooming and positive attitude.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
Qualification & Experience
- Degree in Hotel Management or a related hospitality field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
- Experience in handling restaurant/outlet operations will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,500.00 per month
