The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all types of solar projects from initiation to completion. This role requires strong leadership, planning, and execution skills to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will coordinate teams, manage resources, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end execution of solar projects, including rooftop, ground-mounted, and other renewable energy installations.
- Develop detailed project schedules, timelines, and work plans to ensure timely completion of all project activities.
- Mobilize manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently to ensure smooth on-site operations.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective measures to stay within deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards at every stage of project execution.
- Track project performance, prepare progress reports, and maintain documentation for project milestones and deliverables.
- Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost control across all project activities.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise project teams to achieve organizational goals and maintain productivity standards.
