Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to lead and manage the complete accounting function, ensure statutory compliance, financial control, and accurate reporting. The role requires strong leadership, financial expertise, and coordination with auditors, banks, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Control
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and team management
- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts
- Review and approve accounting entries, vouchers, and reconciliations
- Implement internal controls and financial policies
Statutory Compliance & Taxation
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF-related financial coordination
- Coordinate with CA and statutory auditors
- Handle audits, assessments, and notices
MIS, Reporting & Budgeting
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS & financial statements
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, and payables
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives
Banking & Treasury
- Manage banking operations, fund planning, and bank reconciliations
- Coordinate with banks for limits, documentation, and facilities
Leadership & Coordination
- Lead and mentor accounts team
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
- Support management with financial insights and decision-making
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter / CA preferred
- 8–15 years of experience in accounts & finance
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, and taxation
- Proficiency in Tally / ERP and advanced MS Excel
- Leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred Experience
- Manufacturing / Project-based accounting exposure
- Handling audits and assessments independently
- Multi-location operations experience
Working Days: Monday- Saturday
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
