Scheduling & Timekeeping
· Manage and maintain daily schedules, meetings, and appointments
· Track day-to-day activities and ensure effective time management
· Plan and schedule future meetings based on priorities
· Maintain and update executive calendars, avoiding conflicts
· Coordinate with internal teams for meeting scheduling and confirmations
· Send timely reminders and ensure adherence to schedules
· Maintain records of schedules and updates
Work Delegation & Coordination
· Assign tasks to team members as per management instructions
· Clearly communicate task objectives, priorities, and deadlines
· Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
· Conduct regular follow-ups and track task status
· Coordinate with teams to resolve delays or issues
· Ensure balanced workload distribution for efficiency
· Maintain accurate records of tasks and updates
· Prepare reports using MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Word
· Demonstrate excellent note-taking and documentation skills
· Support basic bookkeeping and data tracking related to tasks
· Provide regular updates to management
Travel Management
· Plan and coordinate travel arrangements
· Book flights, accommodation, and local transportation
· Prepare detailed travel itineraries
· Ensure all travel-related documents are organized and available
· Handle last-minute changes and travel coordination
Note-Keeping & Bookkeeping
· Maintain detailed minutes of meetings (MOM) and discussion records
· Organize and manage documentation for easy retrieval
· Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as expense tracking and record maintenance
· Maintain and update data using Excel and Google Sheets
· Prepare reports and summaries using MS Word and Excel
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of records
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
