We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Valet Parking Driver to safely park and retrieve customers' vehicles while delivering excellent service. The ideal candidate should possess strong driving skills, a valid driving license, and the ability to handle both manual and automatic vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers professionally upon arrival and departure.
- Safely park and retrieve customer vehicles in designated parking areas.
- Assist customers with vehicle entry/exit and luggage when required.
- Inspect vehicles for existing damages before parking and report any issues.
- Maintain proper records of vehicle keys and parking locations.
- Follow all traffic rules, safety regulations, and company procedures.
- Ensure vehicles are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Keep the parking area clean, organized, and secure.
- Respond politely to customer inquiries and provide directions when needed.
- Immediately report accidents, damages, or security concerns to management.
Requirements
- Valid LMV Driving License.
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Good driving record and safe driving practices.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle handling and parking procedures.
- Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Prior valet, driver, or parking attendant experience is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
