We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to be the first point of contact for potential buyers. This role involves handling inquiries, qualifying leads, explaining project details, and supporting the sales team in driving conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound lead interactions
- Qualify and nurture leads through CRM
- Present project details & pricing
- Coordinate and schedule site visits
- Ensure consistent and timely follow-ups
- Support the sales team in closures
Skills & Requirements
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Good understanding of the real estate sales cycle
- Target-driven and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work on weekends
- Knowledge of Bangalore locations and micro-markets
- Multilingual ability preferred
