Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships. This role is suitable for freshers with good communication skills who are eager to build a career in customer service, telesales, or telecalling.
Training will be provided to help candidates succeed in the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Answer customer queries professionally and accurately.
- Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback.
- Update customer information in the company database.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Build positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
- Report call outcomes and customer feedback to the supervisor.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree or Higher Secondary (12th Pass) in any stream.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
