Roles & Responsibilities
· Setting the quality standards for each product / process as per the customer requirements.
· Strengthening the Line Inspection and understand the concept of cost per poor quality.
· Aiming for tolerance lesser than the accepted tolerance level.
· Participate in the supplier selection process. This includes reviewing the documents submitted by the suppliers and in-site audit.
· Periodic evaluations of suppliers' performances.
· Coordinating with PPC for any deviation in the specifications or change of suppliers etc.
· Measuring product dimensions, examining functionality, and comparing the final product to the specifications.
· Evaluating the final output of products to determine their quality and rejection ratio.
· Improving reliability of new product development processes.
· Reviewing products, processes and systems on an ongoing basis to determine where improvements can be made.
· Developing quality control processes and training the team.
· Performing regular quality assessments and audits on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.
· Documenting inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
· Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
· Compiling quality information needed for the management review.
· Handling the procedures as per IATF standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
