Job Title: Network Engineer (Night Shift - Remote, Match with PST Hours)

Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹65,000/month
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Network Engineer to support IT infrastructure and daily technical operations for a U.S.-based client. You will be responsible for maintaining network connectivity, VPN access, system setup, user onboarding, firewall management, and remote troubleshooting. This is a work-from-home opportunity, requiring excellent communication skills, daily client meetings, and direct interactions over calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and troubleshoot site-to-site and client VPNs
Update VPN certificates and firewall rules
Manage DMZ, DNS filtering, routing gateways, IP whitelisting
Provision PCs, setup workstations, monitors, and peripherals
Perform OS installations, drive encryption, SSD upgrades
Resolve workstation hardware/software issues remotely
Monitor and maintain AWS workspaces, VMs, Synology NAS
Reset MFA, setup Duo, perform RMM installs
Address VM outages, hypervisor issues, and DNS resolution
Manage access control, SFTP, file shares, and cloud apps
Assist users with login, credential, and badge issues
Assist with PCI compliance and security awareness
Requirements:
2.5+ years of experience in IT Support, Network Admin, or Systems Engineering
Excellent English communication skills (verbal + written)
Strong knowledge of:
VPN & firewall configs (GTT, SonicWall, Fortinet, etc.)
DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Group Policy, MFA tools
Must be proactive, punctual, and comfortable in client-facing roles
Work Environment:
Remote work from India
Direct daily interaction with U.S.-based client
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
