Devki Technocrat India Private Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced Laser Machine Operator to operate and maintain HANS Laser Cutting Machines. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with HANS Laser equipment and be capable of producing high-quality components while adhering to production schedules and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate HANS Laser Cutting Machines efficiently and safely.
- Set up machines according to production drawings and job specifications.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and cutting plans.
- Monitor machine performance and adjust parameters for optimum cutting quality.
- Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy and quality.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
- Report machine issues, breakdowns, or quality concerns to the supervisor.
- Maintain production records and machine logs.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials to minimize wastage.
- Follow all company safety procedures and 5S workplace practices.
Required Qualifications
- ITI/Diploma or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Fabrication, or a related field.
- Mandatory hands-on experience operating HANS Laser Cutting Machines.
- Good understanding of laser cutting processes and machine settings.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.
- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience operating HANS Laser Cutting Machines is mandatory.
- Candidates without HANS Laser machine experience will not be considered.
