Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Support Engineer (Hardware Support) located in Bengaluru. The Field Support Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, and resolving hardware problems. The individual will also be tasked with offering excellent customer support, ensuring satisfaction, and assisting with operating system-related queries and configurations while maintaining effective communication and working closely with clients to address their requirements.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to resolve hardware issues effectively.
Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and address concerns professionally.
Knowledge of troubleshooting and part replacement like HDD, Motherboard, RAM, Display etc. if needed.
Knowledge of Operating Systems, including installation, configuration, and maintenance practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently, manage tasks responsibly, and solve problems under minimal supervision.
Relevant certifications in IT or technology-related fields are an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
