- Design & Engineering: Develop control systems, prepare instrument datasheets, sizing calculations, P&IDs, and loop diagrams.
- Installation & Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain field instruments (pressure, temperature, flow transmitters) and control valves.
- Programming & Automation: Develop and troubleshoot PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems.
- Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve instrument malfunctions and control system issues.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure systems meet industry standards (e.g., SIL, ATEX) and safety regulations.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and process engineers to integrate systems effectively.
