Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with companies, industries, and recruiters for campus placements.
- Organize campus recruitment drives, interviews, and placement activities.
- Coordinate internships, industrial training, and industry visits for students.
- Conduct placement readiness programs including aptitude training, mock interviews, and soft skills development.
- Maintain student placement records and prepare placement reports.
- Arrange workshops, seminars, guest lectures, and career guidance sessions.
- Assist students in resume building, career planning, and interview preparation.
- Collaborate with academic departments to identify skill gaps and training needs.
- Ensure maximum placement opportunities for students across various courses.
- Promote industry-institute interaction and establish corporate partnerships.
Required Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM or Master's Degree from a recognized institution.
- Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Training & Placement, HR, Corporate Relations, or Career Services preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online recruitment platforms.
Preferred Candidate:
- Local candidates will be preferred.
- Strong industry contacts and placement coordination experience.
- Ability to work independently and achieve placement targets.
Pay: ₹12,181.62 - ₹48,326.44 per month
