Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth in the Oil & Gas sector. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, managing tenders and proposals, and supporting revenue generation across upstream, midstream, and downstream operations.
The ideal candidate should possess strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience in handling commercial negotiations within EPC, oilfield services, energy, or industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas and energy sectors.
- Generate leads and develop strategic relationships with clients, EPC contractors, OEMs, and government agencies.
- Conduct market research to identify upcoming projects, tenders, and industry trends.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, RFQs, pre-qualification documents, and tender submissions.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams for bid preparation.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Participate in client meetings, industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with customers.
- Maintain and update CRM/database with sales activities and business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and revenue goals.
- Provide regular business development reports and pipeline updates to management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Knowledge of upstream, midstream, downstream, EPC, fabrication, drilling, or oilfield services.
- Experience in tendering, proposal writing, and contract negotiations.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and sales reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
