We are seeking a proactive Insurance & Finance Coordinator to assist customers with vehicle insurance, claims, and financing requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate vehicle insurance renewals and new policy issuance
- Assist customers with insurance claim processes
- Liaise with insurance companies and surveyors
- Prepare claim documentation and estimates
- Coordinate vehicle loan and finance applications
- Follow up on pending claims and approvals
- Maintain customer and policy records
- Generate leads for insurance and finance products
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in insurance, finance, banking, or automotive industry
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Knowledge of motor insurance policies and claims
- Basic computer and MS Office skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in motor insurance claims
- Vehicle finance and loan processing knowledge
- Relationship management skills
- Experience working with insurance companies or dealerships
