About the Role
AP Mobility India Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. We are seeking a candidate with prior experience in IT services sales who can independently manage the complete sales cycle—from lead handling to deal closure—while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle company-provided leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other sales channels.
- Manage the complete sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT service solutions.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and follow-up discussions with prospective clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial documents based on customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and opportunities in the CRM.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and nurture prospects throughout the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with the technical and project teams for requirement gathering and proposal finalization.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals while maintaining healthy client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute towards business growth.
- Submit regular sales reports and pipeline updates to the management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in IT Services Sales, Software Sales, Website Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing, SaaS, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience using CRM software and maintaining sales records.
- Ability to prepare quotations and business proposals.
- Self-motivated with strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach to business development.
- Preferred Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in IT services or technology sales.
- Experience in handling inbound as well as outbound sales.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and software development services will be an added advantage.
