We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Executive / Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with customers, and promoting our products and services.
Key Responsibilities: Contact potential customers through phone calls and explain company products/services.
* Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
* Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
* Maintain customer records and daily calling reports.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Requirements: Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Experience in telecalling, sales, or marketing is preferred.
