Job Description:
Responsible in Quantity surveying of industrial , warehouse and commercial buildings in chennai region, This position offers exposure with Design Build, Design bid Build projects within turnkey construction and General contracting business models.
Strong Experinece in All Billings works (Client, Sub Contractor,labour)and handling projects independently . Prepare and analyse project costing for tender such as materials, quantities , labour and time.
Experience in Quantity take off, BBS, and strong in IS codes.
