Keaen Ventures is hiring a Travel Sales & Social Media Executive for our travel vertical — keaenventures.com/travel. This is a dual-track role combining travel package sales with social media content creation focused on Northeast India destinations.
We are hiring for two tracks — a full-time professional role and a 3-month paid internship for students.
About the Role
You will handle inbound travel enquiries, convert leads into confirmed bookings, and manage our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. If you can sell a destination in a client call and an Instagram Reel with equal ease, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management:
- Handle inbound leads and convert enquiries into confirmed travel bookings
- Build and pitch customised itineraries for leisure, group, and corporate clients
- Follow up on leads via WhatsApp, email, and phone
- Maintain CRM pipeline — bookings, payments, and client feedback
- Upsell accommodation upgrades, guided tours, and transfer packages
- Meet monthly sales targets and report revenue metrics
Social Media & Content Creation:
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube for the travel vertical daily
- Create and edit Reels, Shorts, and Stories for Northeast India destinations
- Write travel blogs, captions, and destination guides
- Run Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation
- Collaborate with photographers, influencers, and local guides
- Track analytics — reach, engagement, follower growth, and ROAS
Requirements — Full-Time Role
Must have:
- 1 to 3 years of sales experience, preferably in travel or hospitality
- Hands-on experience managing Instagram and Facebook pages
- Ability to create short-form video content (Reels, Shorts)
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Strong lead follow-up and closing skills
Good to have:
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Canva, CapCut, or Adobe editing skills
- Travel blog writing or SEO content experience
- Knowledge of Northeast India tourism
- Speaks Assamese , Bengali Hindi and English
Internship Track — Students & Fresh Graduates (3 Months)
We welcome applications from students and fresh graduates who are passionate about travel, content creation, and digital marketing. The internship runs for 3 months with a possibility of a full-time offer on successful completion.
Who can apply:

What interns will do:
- Assist in managing Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube content
- Create Reels, Stories, and short travel videos under mentorship
- Support the sales team in lead follow-up and client coordination
- Write travel captions, blogs, and destination content
- Learn Meta Ads basics and social media analytics
