JOB OPENING – PLACEMENT COORDINATOR

Position: Placement Coordinator
Salary: As per organizational norms + Performance Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end placement activities for trainees under JSDMS and other skill development projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with employers, industries, recruiters, and placement partners.
- Organize placement drives, campus interviews, job fairs, employer visits, and candidate counseling sessions.
- Coordinate candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, joining formalities, and post-placement tracking.
- Ensure timely placement, retention, and tracking of candidates as per project guidelines.
- Maintain placement records, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly placement reports.
- Coordinate with trainers, mobilizers, center management, and employers to achieve placement targets.
- Handle employer communications through professional emails and official correspondence.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience working under JSDMS (Jharkhand Skill Development Mission Society) projects is mandatory.
- Proven experience in candidate placement, employer engagement, and placement reporting.
- Thorough understanding of skill development ecosystem and placement processes.
Mandatory Skills:
- Hands-on knowledge of the HUNAR Portal, including placement entries, candidate tracking, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Data Analysis, MIS Reporting, Dashboard Preparation).
- Good command over MS Word, report preparation, and official documentation.
- Strong professional emailing and communication skills.
- Ability to manage placement data, employer databases, and candidate records efficiently.
