At SoftwareOne, we help organizations unlock the full value of Microsoft cloud technologies. We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Consultant to join our xDC Delivery Team and lead end-to-end Microsoft 365 migration and modernization projects. In this role, you will work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, ensuring smooth transformation journeys and exceptional customer outcomes.
As a Microsoft 365 Consultant, you will act as a technical lead and trusted advisor for customers undergoing Microsoft 365 transformation. You will plan, design, and deliver migration projects across Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Purview, helping customers modernize their collaboration, security, and productivity environments.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading the planning, design, and delivery of Microsoft 365 migration and modernization projects.
- Acting as the technical owner and key point of contact throughout project delivery.
- Gathering customer requirements, defining solutions, and ensuring successful delivery across Microsoft 365 workloads.
- Executing migrations across identity, mailbox, collaboration, device management, security, and compliance environments.
- Identifying technical risks, creating mitigation plans, and ensuring high-quality project outcomes.
- Supporting presales activities, technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and collaboration across the broader practice.
What we need to see from you
- Strong experience delivering Microsoft 365 planning, migration, and modernization projects.
- Deep technical knowledge across Microsoft 365 workloads such as Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Defender, and Purview.
- Experience with tenant-to-tenant, hybrid, identity, mailbox, collaboration, and device management migrations.
- Strong understanding of Azure Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID, AD Connect, ADFS, Okta, and related identity technologies.
- Hands-on experience with migration tools, PowerShell scripting, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural and global project environments.
