ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Digital Marketing Mentor to join acculead international and guide our marketing team and interns in building strong digital marketing strategies for the hospitality industry. In this role, you will work directly on the company’s live projects while also mentoring students and interns through practical training, guidance, and real-world marketing execution.
Candidates with experience in hospitality marketing, SaaS marketing, or mentoring digital marketing teams will be given preference.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work on acculead international live company projects and execute digital marketing strategies.
- Mentor and guide students/interns in digital marketing concepts, tools, and practical implementation.
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, and social media platforms.
- Train interns on lead generation techniques, content marketing, branding, and campaign optimization.
- Develop strategies to promote Kalalak’s hospitality software solutions and increase brand awareness.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Guide the creation of engaging marketing materials including social media content, presentations, brochures, and promotional campaigns.
- Support business growth by identifying new digital opportunities and market trends.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Conduct workshops, review sessions, and performance evaluations for students and interns.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, branding, or mentoring.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, social media marketing, and lead generation strategies.
- Experience in mentoring, training, or managing students/interns is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and improve ROI.
