We are seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and student-focused Physics Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and concept-driven Physics lessons, fostering scientific curiosity, and helping students develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Physics to students of Grades 8–10 (State/CBSE curriculum).
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans aligned with curriculum objectives.
- Simplify complex scientific concepts through practical examples, demonstrations, and experiments.
- Prepare worksheets, assignments, question papers, and assessment materials.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct remedial and enrichment classes to support diverse learning needs.
- Encourage critical thinking, scientific inquiry, and application-based learning.
- Maintain accurate academic records and classroom discipline.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance academic outcomes and student engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physics or a related Science discipline.
- B.Ed. preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience at the school level.
- Strong understanding of Physics concepts and curriculum requirements.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to integrate practical learning experiences into classroom instruction.
Preferred Skills
- Experience teaching State Board or CBSE curriculum.
- Strong laboratory and experiment management skills.
- Proficiency in digital teaching tools and smart classroom technologies.
