Position: Tele-Caller / Admission Counselor
Job Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective students and parents through phone calls.
- Provide information about hotel management courses, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
- Counsel students regarding admissions and course selection.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain admission records and student databases.
- Coordinate admission-related activities and documentation.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Experience in tele-calling, counseling, sales, or education sector preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Location: Haldwani, Uttarakhand
Salary: Approximately ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month, with possible performance-based incentives.
