Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning and play-based activities.
- Create a safe, caring, and engaging classroom environment.
- Support children’s social, emotional, language, and motor skill development.
- Encourage creativity, curiosity, and independent learning.
- Observe and monitor each child’s progress and development.
- Maintain effective communication with parents.
- Ensure classroom hygiene, safety, and discipline standards.
- Participate in school events and collaborative activities.
Requirements:
- Graduate / Diploma in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
- Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in Toddler / Nursery / Pre-Primary classes.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Patient, energetic, caring, and child-friendly personality.
- Knowledge of activity-based and experiential learning methods.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
