About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and client-focused Sales Executive to join our team for a premium residential real estate project in Delhi-NCR. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a passion for building relationships with clients.
This role offers an opportunity to work closely with prospective homebuyers, manage leads efficiently, and contribute to the sales success of a high-value real estate development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective clients and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits, project presentations, and client meetings.
- Understand client requirements and guide them through the project offerings.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and documentation processes.
- Assist in sales reporting, pipeline management, and lead tracking.
- Ensure a professional and seamless customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer relationship management, business development, real estate sales, hospitality, banking, or similar client-facing roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Excel, and basic computer applications.
- Presentable personality with a professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client interactions.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in real estate sales or luxury product sales will be an advantage.
- Experience handling HNI/UHNI clients is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
