Job Title: Junior Facility Manager
Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.
The Junior Facility Manager will assist in managing the daily operations, maintenance, and overall upkeep of student housing properties. The role involves ensuring smooth functioning of facilities, timely resolution of maintenance issues, and maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for students.
The candidate will work closely with the senior facility team, vendors, housekeeping staff, and maintenance teams to support operational efficiency across properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing day-to-day facility operations across student housing properties
- Coordinate and follow up on maintenance activities including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs
- Respond to and help resolve student maintenance complaints and service requests
- Support vendor coordination for repairs, servicing, and AMC-related work
- Monitor housekeeping and cleanliness standards across all properties
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance or safety concerns
- Assist in maintaining safety systems including fire safety equipment, CCTV systems, and emergency protocols
- Help track utility usage such as electricity and water consumption
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to facility operations
- Supervise support staff and ensure smooth execution of daily operational tasks

Requirements
- Candidate should reside within 45 minutes of the property/office location
- Prior internship or experience in facility management, hospitality, operations, or real estate is preferred
- Basic understanding of maintenance systems (electrical, plumbing, etc.) is an advantage
- Freshers with good communication and management skills can also apply
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
