About the Role
We are looking for a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our resort team. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment. You will be responsible for maintaining resort facilities, guest rooms, and common areas, while delivering excellent service in line with our hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs across guest rooms, public areas, and resort facilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to guest service requests and maintenance concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and resort policies.
Qualifications
- ITI Electrical or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Maintenance Technician.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in hospitality or resort maintenance.
- Basic carpentry, painting, or pool maintenance knowledge.
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance systems (CMMS).

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
