We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Engineer to join our System Validation team. The role involves validating hardware/software systems to ensure they meet functional, performance, and
reliability requirements before mass production or release. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates passionate about quality, testing, and consumer electronics/embedded systems.
Key Responsibilities

Execute system-level test cases (manual and automated) covering functional, performance, stress, and regression testing.

Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps using bug-tracking tools.

Assist in creating and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test procedures based on product requirements and specifications.

Collect and analyze system logs to isolate root causes of failures and communicate findings to development teams.

Validate interactions between hardware components, firmware, and application software.
Contribute to building and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks. -
Work closely with cross-functional teams including hardware, firmware, software, and program management.

Provide clear test status reports, metrics, and summaries to stakeholders.

Set up, configure, and maintain test environments and lab equipment.

Participate in design reviews and provide input on testability.

Work Experience
Minimum Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical or related engineering discipline.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Basic understanding of system-level testing concepts (black-box, white-box, regression, smoke testing).

Familiarity with at least one OS environment (Linux/Android/Windows).

Understanding of communication protocols (WiFi, Bluetooth, USB, I2C, SPI, UART) is a plus.

Basic scripting skills (Python, Shell, or similar).

Knowledge of hardware interfaces and basic electronics.
Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to embedded systems or consumer electronics.

Familiarity with test automation tools/frameworks (Selenium, Robot Framework, pytest).

Knowledge of version control systems (Git).

Internship or academic project experience in hardware/software validation.

Exposure to RF testing, antenna, or connectivity validation.

Experience with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, or spectrum analyzers.
