Position Type: Full-Time/Work Time : 10.30am to 7.00pm/Sunday holiday
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage daily office operations and ensure a smooth and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, support staff, and maintain office systems and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and invoicing
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Support HR tasks such as onboarding paperwork and record-keeping
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Basic HR or bookkeeping experience
