About the Role
We're looking for confident, energetic communicators to join our telesales team. If you love talking to people, enjoy a fast-paced target-driven environment, and speak fluent English, this could be a great fit — no prior sales experience required, we'll train you.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads/sales
- Explain products/services clearly and handle customer queries confidently
- Follow up on leads and maintain call records/CRM updates
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
- Build rapport with customers and represent the brand professionally
What We're Looking For
- Fluent spoken English (mandatory) — comfortable holding a natural conversation
- Good listening and persuasion skills
- Basic computer/CRM familiarity (training provided)
- Freshers and experienced candidates both welcome
- Graduates or undergraduates can apply (12th pass+ eligible) — adjust based on your actual minimum
