Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to support our marketing and business development activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for marketing, and the ability to manage campaigns, generate leads, and coordinate with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to support business development.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and industry trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
- Maintain and update CRM records, customer databases, and marketing data.
- Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and campaign performance analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Support digital marketing activities, including social media, email marketing, and online promotions.
- Attend meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and promotional events as required.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Field Work
- Occasional field visits (approximately 1–2 times per month).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in B.Pharm, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation.
- Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
