We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with expertise in the oil and gas industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects within the oil and gas sector.
Responsibilities:
- Has good experience in developing and deployment of work processes
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a mechanical Engineering
- Proven experience in program management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Work Experience
Key requirements for this role include:
- Extensive experience in the oil and gas sector, with a good understanding of industry codes and standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies within the oil and gas domain
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards specific to the industry
