- Convert branch POs into factory Sales Orders in ERPNext.
- Verify item codes, quantities, rates, delivery dates and warehouse allocation.
- Prepare daily internal dispatch schedules for the Stores & Dispatch team.
- Coordinate with branches regarding order status, dispatch priorities and stock availability.
- Notify branches after dispatch with Delivery Note, transporter and expected delivery details.
- Create internal Delivery Notes in ERPNext as assigned.
- Maintain accurate SO and DN records with minimum errors.
- Track overdue internal orders and escalate them to PPIC/OFC team.
- Support factory On-Time Delivery (OTD) by aligning dispatches with SO delivery dates.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
