Responsibilities:
- Understand Client Technical Requirement (Electronics Field)
- Preparing proposals and quotation and ensure client satisfaction
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure SLA is met
- Follow-up on business leads and convert them
- Drive online business and increase sales
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients
- Attend conferences, product launches & build business relations
- Attend client meetings and give presentations
Skills Required:
- Strong Understanding of Electronics
- Lead Generation Skills
- Negotiation Skills
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Fluency in English and Hindi in both Written and Verbal
- Customer Relationship Management
- Product and Service Knowledge
- Expert in MS Office
