Job Title: Voice Process (Banking & Finance)
Location: Viman Nagar, Pune
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Based on experience) + Unlimited Incentives Process: Domestic/International Voice (Collections)
Timings: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM | Monday – Saturday
Week Off: Fixed Sunday Off
Role Objective
As a Voice Process Associate in our Collections department, your primary goal is to manage outbound and inbound calls to customers regarding their overdue accounts. You will act as a consultant, helping customers find ways to clear their dues while ensuring the company meets its monthly recovery milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- High-Volume Calling: Manage a high volume of outbound calls daily using an automated or manual dialer system.
- Effective Scripting: Use professional phone etiquette and approved scripts to explain outstanding balances and consequences of non-payment.
- Conflict Resolution: Calmly handle irate or stressed customers and turn difficult conversations into successful payment commitments.
- Tracking & Follow-up: Consistently follow up on "PTP" (Promise to Pay) accounts to ensure payments are processed by the agreed date.
- Data Entry: Accurately log call dispositions and customer feedback in the database after every interaction.
Candidate Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Hindi and English. The ability to speak Marathi or other regional languages is highly preferred for domestic recovery.
- Phone Stamina: Comfort with being on calls for 6–7 hours of the workday.
- Quick Thinking: Ability to handle rebuttals and provide instant solutions to customer excuses.
- Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience. Candidates with a background in Tele-sales, Telemarketing, or Debt Collection will be prioritized.
