Key Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new business opportunities through strategic lead generation initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term business growth.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable financial advisory solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to successful closure.
- Take ownership of targets and deliver consistent business performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client servicing and relationship management.
- Identify market opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Represent the organization professionally during client meetings and business interactions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in Sales / Business Development within Financial Advisory Services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently with strong ownership and initiative-taking capabilities.
- Willingness to travel for business development activities when required.
- Strong business acumen and relationship management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant experience in Financial Services, Wealth Management, Insurance, Investment Advisory, or related sectors will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
