We are seeking a passionate and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide and support prospective students and their families throughout the admissions process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-friendly approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into successful admissions.
- Counsel students (and parents) about the courses and programs offered.
- Understand student requirements and provide accurate guidance based on interests, eligibility, and career goals.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, and online platforms.
- Maintain follow-ups through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure admission closures.
- Assist in organizing admission-related events.
- Maintain accurate student records in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets.
- Coordinate with academic and admin departments for smooth onboarding of students.
Pay: ₹12,009.83 - ₹35,738.00 per month
