We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing operating systems, configuring applications, and providing end-user support.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Install and support Windows 10/11 operating systems.
- Configure Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other business applications.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues.
- Join systems to Active Directory and perform basic user account support.
- Configure email accounts, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP).
- Install antivirus software and Windows updates.
- Support remote users using remote desktop tools.
- Replace faulty hardware components such as RAM, HDD/SSD, keyboards, and monitors.
- Manage IT assets and maintain inventory records.
- Update and resolve incidents using the organization's ticketing system.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware warranty and repairs.
- Ensure timely resolution of user issues while meeting SLA requirements.

Educational Qualification
- Diploma / BCA / B.Sc. (IT/CS) / B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Certifications
- CompTIA A+
- Microsoft Certified (MD-102 or equivalent)
- Google IT Support Certificate (Preferred)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
