Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Trainer to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging sales training programs that enhance the performance, product knowledge, and selling skills of our sales team. The candidate should have excellent communication, presentation, and coaching abilities with a proven track record in sales training.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver sales training programs for new and existing employees.
- Conduct product, sales process, and soft skills training sessions.
- Assess training needs and create customized learning modules.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide continuous coaching and feedback.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, reports, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with sales managers to identify skill gaps and improve team performance.
- Maintain training records, presentations, and learning materials.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales training.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer handling, and objection management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Ability to motivate, coach, and mentor sales professionals.
- Willingness to work from the Jaipur office.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
