6) Job Description :
Manage day-to-day store operations, including material receipt, inspection, storage, issue, and dispatch.
Maintain accurate records of inward and outward material movements and ensure timely system updates.
Handle and maintain inventory of mechanical spare parts and components, with proper identification, tagging, and systematic storage.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the concerned departments to ensure timely availability of required materials.
Maintain accurate ERP / inventory system records and ensure proper documentation of all store transactions.
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
Identify and report stock discrepancies, shortages, excess inventory, or other inventory-related issues to the reporting manager.
Ensure proper storage, preservation, and accessibility of materials to minimize damage, loss, and material handling issues.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Maintenance, and other concerned departments for smooth material flow and inventory management.
