- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects across all online platforms.
- Manage branding and promotional activities to enhance company visibility and lead generation.
- Handle social media platforms, website updates, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and online listings.
- Coordinate with agencies, designers, photographers, and content creators for marketing materials.
- Develop creative content for project launches, offers, events, and brand promotions.
- Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, and marketing ROI.
- Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and SMS promotions.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all marketing channels and project sites.
- Coordinate with sales team for lead tracking, campaign feedback, and conversion support.
- Organize promotional events, exhibitions, site branding, and corporate branding activities.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports, analytics, and competitor analysis.
- Maintain digital marketing budgets and vendor coordination.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
