Job Title: Senior Sales Executive
Location : Noida
Working Days & Timings:
- 6 Days Working
- Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Senior Sales Executive to manage leads, engage with potential customers, and drive conversions. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills with a passion for achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers/leads
- Generate sales through effective counseling and relationship management
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain strong customer engagement
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Maintain and update lead records in CRM or internal systems
- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Negotiate and close deals effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding

Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Prior experience in Sales / Inside Sales / Business Development preferred
- Strong communication and sales skills are mandatory

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
