Hiring: Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Pala, Kottayam
We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at our Pala office. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, paid advertising, marketing automation, and CRM platforms to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.
Experience Required
Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience in Digital Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels.
Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and Google Ads.
Generate quality leads while improving campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).
Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Design and publish engaging digital content, including social media creatives, email campaigns, landing pages, and promotional materials.
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
Conduct A/B testing, conversion optimization, and performance analysis to maximize marketing results.
Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to improve lead generation and customer engagement.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
Strong practical experience with:
Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
Google Ads
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Zapier or similar workflow automation platforms
Social media management tools and email marketing platforms
Good understanding of:
Lead generation and conversion optimization
CRM management and marketing automation
Ability to create compelling ad creatives and marketing content.
A portfolio showcasing successful digital marketing campaigns and creative work is preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
