Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team.
This opportunity is ideal for MBA freshers, BBA graduates, and early-career professionals who want to build a successful career in sales, digital marketing, client acquisition, and AI-powered business solutions.
You will play a key role in generating leads, engaging prospects, understanding client requirements, presenting solutions, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, networking, and referrals
- Identify potential clients and decision-makers across various industries
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Schedule meetings and discovery calls with prospective clients
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Understand client business objectives, challenges, and marketing requirements
- Recommend suitable digital marketing, branding, web development, and AI solutions
- Conduct presentations, solution discussions, and sales meetings
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial documents
- Follow up with prospects and move opportunities through the sales funnel
- Negotiate and close new business opportunities
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with prospects and clients
- Support onboarding and ensure a smooth client experience
- Coordinate with internal marketing, design, development, and AI teams
- Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and opportunities in CRM systems
Market Research
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, AI innovations, and industry developments
- Identify emerging business opportunities and target markets
- Monitor competitor activities and market demand
Eligibility
- MBA (Marketing, Sales, Business Management) Preferred
- BBA, BBM, B.Com, or other business-related graduates may apply
- Freshers with strong communication skills and business acumen are encouraged to apply
- 0-1 year experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Client Servicing, Customer Success, or Inside Sales

- Experience using AI tools for productivity, sales, or marketing
- Tamil and English communication skills
- Hindi communication skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
