Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced computer Science, account/finance faculty member to join our dynamic Department and. Candidate having good experience in social media and also having knowledge of creating content The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education in his fields of fostering an engaging learning environment, and contributing to the overall academic excellence of the department. This role requires a professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience and a strong passion for shaping the next generation of business professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching and Instruction:
- Develop and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions on various subjects within accounting and finance, including but not limited to:
- create Content, for social Media,
- good command in English for personality development
- master and PhD/ Net qualify for computer science
- Financial Accounting
- Cost and Management Accounting
- Corporate Finance
- Financial Management
- Taxation
- Auditing
- Advanced topics in Finance and Accounting
- Design and implement effective teaching methodologies to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Prepare and update course materials, syllabi, and lecture notes in line with the curriculum and industry standards.
- Conduct regular assessments, including examinations, quizzes, and assignments, and provide timely and constructive feedback to students.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
- Curriculum Development and Research:
- Participate in the review and development of new and existing academic programs and courses.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, research, and developments in the fields of accounting and finance.
- Contribute to departmental and institutional research projects.
- Student Mentorship and Support:
- Serve as an academic advisor and mentor to students, guiding them in their academic and career choices.
- Provide support and guidance to students facing academic challenges.
- Encourage and supervise student participation in extracurricular activities, such as debates, seminars, and case study competitions.
- Administrative and Departmental Duties:
- Attend and actively participate in departmental meetings, faculty development programs, and other institutional events.
- Assist in the administrative tasks of the department as and when required.
- Collaborate with colleagues on academic and administrative matters.
- Maintain a professional and ethical conduct at all times.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Educational Background:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Professional certifications equivalent will be a significant advantage.
- NET/SLET qualification is highly preferred.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of full-time teaching experience at the university or college level is mandatory.
- Experience in the relevant industry
- Age:
- Candidates must be 30 years of age or older.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent command of accounting and finance principles and practices.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and software relevant to the field (e.g., Tally, SAP, and Excel for financial modeling).
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
