Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive online presence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, combined with creativity and analytical skills. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online campaigns across multiple platforms to increase brand visibility and improve customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
● Digital Strategy Development : Create, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote the brand, products, and services.
● Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and monitor digital campaigns across various channels, including search engine marketing (SEO, SEM), email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
● SEO & SEM Optimization : Oversee and optimize the company’s website for SEO, managing on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, and content strategy. Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, etc.) to drive relevant traffic.
● Social Media Marketing : Develop and implement strategies for organic and paid social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
● Content Creation & Management : Develop engaging content for blogs, social media, landing pages, email newsletters, and other digital platforms. Pre-plan the marketing calendar for active community engagement.
● Analytics & Reporting : Use data analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts.
● Email Marketing : Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and automated email sequences.
● Stay Updated on Industry Trends : Continuously research digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications & Skills
● Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
● Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
